I think this is a great idea! The wiki should be editable by the members where they could write pages about anything directly related to Envs. Maybe some aditional help and examples to the features, that Envs provides. Also pages about user created stuff, with explanations and examples.

I'm not sure how much efforts the maintenance needs and how complex such a setup would be, but I like the idea of real participating users on one wiki. It should be exclusively editable by envs members under their username without open registration IMO to avoid wiki vandalism.

I only have a little experience with the Mediawiki at https://indieweb.org, but I think *if* ~creme sets up a wiki then it should be a proper MediaWiki and not some minimalist niche wiki software with bad UX.

We would also need some kind of standard and rules for pages, so that it doesn't look like a mess. This all takes effort, and could lead people to give up on it early. I think I would do what I can, to make this a success but I fear that there are only 2 or 3 people actively participating, although I hope for the best.

But I'll give this idea a 👍 anyway and I would be glad to see some positive feedback on this mailinglist to show the peoples real interest in such a wiki.

This would also mean *real* participation with Envs and not just using it as a cheap webspace.

I was thinking about random things that could be hosted by Envs, and I had the idea of a wiki that anyone can edit and create pages in. To battle spam, it is possible that Anubis (a bot blocking system) could be used. It would not be like help.envs.net, but like a mini-Wikipedia but for Envs! The server software could be Wiki.Js for something light or MediaWiki for the best experience. I do not know how to finish this, ~lvyss
