With DoH, envs.net completes its public DNS service portfolio. In addition to classic DNS, we now offer DNS over TLS (DoT) and DNS over HTTPS (DoH) — providing improved security, privacy, and flexibility for DNS resolution.

Nice to hear, that your offer of DNS services is now complete with standard DNS, DoT and DoH.
But I would like to know, if the requests are logged or not. And it would be good to put that information on the DNS help page, but maybe I just didn't find it.
