[envs-team]Security Info about TheLounge (webirc)

hello dear envs user (again)

FYI:

I got a hint today that in our service "thelounge" (webirc.envs.net) history logs are visible.

I checked how thelounge stores the log files and see that all users on the system can view them.

after that i disabled logging globally and removed all userlogs completely.
